Scouting new inventions

Wiborg has developed a unique concept for scouting promising life science inventions. Our scouting concept has successfully been implemented at many universities and hospitals in Denmark and Sweden. We have assessed the work of more than 200 research groups and provided detailed feedback to almost 30 groups.

Goals

We have worked closely with the Tech Trans Offices with the dual purpose to get more and better invention disclosures and promote the TTO as proactive commercialization partners.

Success

Wiborg's scouting program has been extremely successful as judged by the positive response from the participating scientists and the inventions identified.
